In view of the conflicting Reports of the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 2-Society in respect of categorization of the subject building, the matter is referred to Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAC shall take the decision expeditiously and in accordance with law and the guidelines the RespondentCorporation. 2.

Until the decision of the TAC, no coercive steps shall be taken by the Respondent-Corporation. The RespondentCorporation is directed to take steps to restore the water and electricity connection forthwith.
