We have also seen the medical papers pertaining to the victim daughter. We find that the fortunately in domestic quarrel the daughter has not suffered any injury. Petitioner has stated that he has studied upto 8th standard and assured the court that he will study further. As the dispute is arising out of domestic quarrel, we accept the joint request and make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (c).
