today, failing which the Writ Petition No.14351 of 2016 will stand, automatically, dismissed without any further reference to the Court. 4.

In case the amendment, as sought, is carried out within the stipulated time, Writ Petition No.14351 of 2016 be placed for admission as per the C.M.I.S. date.
