This group of Petitions concern election to the Respondent No.7-Kisanveer Satara Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, Bhuinj, Taluka-Wai, District-Satara.

The learned counsel for the Election Authority informs that the elections are over. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions. Since the elections are over, there is no purpose in keeping these Petitions pending and can be disposed of. If the Petitioner has any remedy in law, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue the same in respect of the election results subject to limitation, locus etc.
