By this application, the applicant has sought to restore the Writ Petition No. 559 of 2003 which was dismissed by order dated 03rd February, 2017 for non prosecution.

Heard Mr. Kripashankar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Mrs. M.R. Tidke, learned APP for the State and Mrs. A.D. Mane, Special PP for respondent no.2.
