Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP.

This is an application for bail. Earlier the applicants had filed Criminal Application No.707/12 for bail and the same was withdrawn after this Court was inclined to refuse the bail. In the present application the applicant could not bring out to the notice of Court any changes in circumstances. We therefore are not inclined to entertain the application.

By an order dated 24/04/2012 in Criminal Application No.707/12 this Court had directed the registry to fix above appeal for hearing in the week commencing from 21/01/2013. A statement is made that the present appeal is not on board. We therefore direct registry to place appeal for final hearing in week the commencing from 19/06/2017.
