The Petitioner is challenging a notice and chargesheet issued under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960. Learned Counsel submits that earlier also similar show cause notice and chargesheet were issued. The Petitioner filed an appeal. The appeal was dismissed. Against that, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.6035 of 2019. The learned Single Judge of this Court under Order dated 25 April 2022 has protected the Petitioner. Learned AGP for the Respondent-State submits that the Petitioner may adopt the same recourse in the present matter also. In view of the submissions made, it is open for the Petitioner to take up steps in the alternate proceedings. In that event, all the contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.
