1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 35 of 2021 registered with Dahisar Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 37(1) (A) of the Arms Act and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 2] Prayer is opposed on the ground that there are two similar antecedents and the recover under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 35 of 2021 registered with Dahisar Police Station upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.

(iii) Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer in the first week of every English calendar month.
