The Applicant herein has filed these three Applications for setting aside the order dated 16/08/2011, to condone the delay in filing the restoration application and for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. None present for proposed legal representatives of deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 though the notice is duly served. They have not appeared and contested the application.

For the reasons stated in the Applications, order dated 16/08/2011 is set-aside, the delay is condoned and the Appeal is ordered to be restored. The legal representatives of the deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be amended accordingly. Appellant to take steps to serve the proposed Respondents with copy of the Appeal memo within six weeks. 4.

Civil Applications stand disposed of.
