Present Application is filed by legal heirs of Appellant Uttam M. Ghuge seeking leave to pursue the said Appeal after his demise on 21.10.2022 being Original Appellant. There is delay of 124 days in filing present Application.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, the Applicants intend to pursue the present Appeal with a view to wipe of the stigma on the husband of Applicant No.1 and the father of Applicant Nos. 2 & 3. He submitted that, the Appellant was having good case on merits and there is every possibility of his acquittal.
