The grievance of the petitioner is that though the order was passed by the respondent no.1 at Exhibit. M, no subsequent steps have been taken by the respondent no.2 or the competent authority as yet.

A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 to act upon the said letter at Exhibit. M issued by the respondent no.1.

We find that the petitioner has not submitted any

In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the respondent no.2 or the any other competent authority as the case may be for the said purpose within four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the said authority or the respondent no. 2 as the case may be, shall consider the petitioner's grievance and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with Law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
