The Petitioner is praying for withdrawal of the Petition. The counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition was filed for seeking quashment of the First Information Report Crime No. 126 of 2017 and proceedings namely 530/B-Summary 2017 and CC No. 391/M/2021. It is further submitted by the learned counsel during the pendency of the Petition, the parties have settled the dispute amicably. He submitted in the Praceipe that the original complaint withdrawn by the informant with the learned counsel 66th MM Court, Andheri Mumbai as per the Consent terms filed in the main dispute Petition A-3093 of 2017 between Atuldutt Sharma and Binti Sharma before the Learned Family Court, Bandra of SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2022.04.13 17:50:07 +0530 Seema 1/2

P12 - WP 1698 of 2021.doc whom the present Petitioner and Respondent No. 3 (original informant) are relatives. The said consent terms are annexed to the Praceipe. As per Clause 15 of the consent terms, the Parties jointly agreed to withdraw all cases filed against each other and/or by and against their Relatives'

/Family members / Employees/ friends related to this proceedings and details are separately supplied in Annexure- '1' of the Consent Terms. In the Annexure-'1' reference is made to the F.I.R. Crime No.126 of 2017 which is in question in this Petition at Sr. No. 1. 3.

Thus on these grounds, the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is allowed to withdraw and is disposed of as withdrawn.
