None for petitioner. Heard Shri Kamkhedkar, the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has filed this petition through jail raising apprehension that the petitioner may be falsely implicated under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA).

Shri Kamkhedkar, the learned APP has placed on record the chart dated 1st October 2019 sent by the Senior Prison Officer of Nashik Road Central Jail showing particulars of the petitioner including other details which is taken on record. The said chart shows that the crime was registered at C.R. No.134/2014 with Sarkarwada Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under sections 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, however, no offence under MCOCA is shown therein. 2/2 9-wp-3326-2014.doc may, the petitioner has already been released on 18th September 2019 in view of the orders of the Competent Authority. 4.

In the above circumstances, the grievance raised in the instant petition no more survives for consideration.
