A reasoned order was passed by this Court dated 16th August, 2018, operative portion of which is reproduced hereunder : "i. The Court proposes to appoint Mr. Sushant Prabhune, Advocate as a sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the Applicant and the Respondents arising out of the Employment Bond dated 28th October,2015. In view thereof, Mr. Sushant Prabhune, Advocate shall submit his disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015.

ii) The Advocate for the Petitioner shall forward a copy of this order to Mr.Sushant Prabhune , Advocate as well as to the Respondent by Speed Post/Registered Post A.D and/or by hand-delivery at the last known addresses.

iii) All concerned to act on an ordinary copy of this order, duly

The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner has tendered the disclosure of Mr. Sushant Prabhune, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and the Respondent who is present in Court, have informed the Court that they have gone through the disclosure and have no objection to the same. The same is taken on record and the following order is passed by consent : i.

Mr. Sushant Prabhune, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Employment bond dated 28th October, 2015.

ii.

The parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the learned Arbitrator in his chambers, on 10th September, 2018 at 5.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions.

iii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. iv.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. v.

The venue of arbitration shall be at Mumbai.

The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
