At the outset, Mr. Qureshi, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Charge-sheet is likely to be filed in the learned Trial Court within a short period. Accordingly, he seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Charge-sheet. 2.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
