The petitioners made a grievance on the earlier occasion that the engaged advocate Mr. Pankaj Dinesh Purway is not appearing and rendering the necessary assistance to them or the Court. Therefore, the Court gave them liberty to approach the High Court Legal Services Authority and seek its intervention in appointing an advocate for them. This order was passed on 21st June 2017 in the presence of the petitioner no.2 - Mr. Murli Rochaldas Kukreja. From that day till today, we do not see any appearance either of the petitioners or such an appointed advocate. The matter has been listed repeatedly after the order of 21st June 2017.
