The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.160 of 2022 registered with Baramati Police Station, Pune Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 328 and 34 IPC, Sections 65(f) and 65(e) of the Bombay Prohibition Act, Sections 9 and 15 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act and Section 3 of the Environment Protection Act.

There are 13 similar antecedents against the applicant during the period from 2017 to 2021.

I am informed by APP, on instructions, that the applicant is a habitual offender in view of the aforesaid history. The applicant was also externed for a period of two years.
