The application is moved by the applicant for seeking permission to travel Switzerland from 29th April, 2016 to 8th May, 2016 and so the condition of attendance before investigating officer on Thursday 5th May, 2016 be relaxed.

The learned prosecutor submits that the applicant is to be directed to produce his itinerary.

Considering the above submission, as short period is involved, the applicant is allowed to travel abroad during the period from 29th April, 2016 to 8th May, 2016. He is directed to give his itinerary to the investigating officer and attend the concerned police station on 10th May, 2016 and thereafter on every Thursdays as directed earlier. The applicant to furnish a Bond of Rs. 15,000/-. 6.
