After hearing Mr.Vanzara, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs.Bhosale, learned APP for the State, I think it fit to relax the condition requiring the applicant to attend the trial court on every Monday by stipulating that the applicant shall report to the trial Court only on every alternate Monday. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to the aforesaid extent.
