This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge (Anti-Corruption), Pune dated 17.11.2015 in Special Case No.35 of 2015 thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 3(1)(d) read with Sec. 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. There is delay of 40 days in filing the application.
