The parties are at liberty to withdraw it, as per Rule" is not mentioned, hence requested to add the same. 3.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Appellant and learned counsel for the Respondent, the following clause be added as clause "3" of the operative part of the order dated 9th January, 2024;
"(3) The Appellant in both appeals is at liberty to withdraw the statutory amount along with accrued interest thereon from this Hon'ble High Court.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order dated 9th January, 2024 passed in First Appeals and the corrected order be uploaded.
