P.C. :- P.C. :- The learned APP Mrs. Pai states that the Investigating Agency, Nizampura Police Station, Bhiwandi proposes to file 'C' Summary Report. The Investigating Officer, API Digambar Kopare has accordingly placed 'C' Summary report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Bhiwandi (West) for approval. Accordingly, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also principally approved the same. However, the report could not be submitted in the trial Court in view of the interim order passed in the above Writ Petition. In view of the said statement made by the learned Shivgan
