The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner, considering that the petition challenges an interim order, is not pressing the challenge in the impugned order and prays that the original complaint be directed to be disposed of earlier. The Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 2.

The Industrial Court will consider giving priority to the disposal of the Complaint if there are no earlier commitments. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
