After this matter was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 19 th December, 2016 passed in Civil Application No. 2898 of 2012 this petition will not survive. He further states that his clients are not aware of the order dated 19 th December, 2016 and he seeks liberty to take appropriate proceeding, if any remedy is available to him in law. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) Petition allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek any remedy that may be available to him as in law. (ii) Petition disposed of in the above terms.
