Without prejudice to his rights, applicant to show his bonafides has produced one demand draft issued in the name of Registrar, High Court, Bombay with a prayer to allow the applicant to deposit the same. However, it is noted that, as the anticipatory bail application is pending before trial court, it would be desirable to direct applicant to pursue the same and if directed, to deposit the amount involved in this crime before the trial court. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for applicant prays that, he may be protected by interim order till 3.4.2019 on which day, his matter is listed before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. Learned APP on instructions makes a statement that amount involved in this crime is more than Rs.1.00 crore and the amount of Rs.60.00 lacs as calculated by him is of the year 2007. In that view of the matter, no case made out for any interim order.

Application is disposed off as dismissed.
