1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2] The petitioner is aggrieved by communication dated 5 December 2014. By the said letter, the Administrator Officer informed the petitioner school that the Government has withdrawn the minority status vide order dated 19 November 2013.

3] We have perused the said letter. It is obvious that by the said letter intimation has been given by the Administrative Officer to the petitioner about the order passed by the State Government. It is not in dispute that the said order has been challenged by the petitioner by filing an appeal and the appeal is pending. Present petition therefore is not maintainable since the impugned letter is merely a letter informing the petitioner about the order passed by the State

4] Needless to state that the petitioner will be at liberty to pursue the remedy which is available to it for withdrawing the minority status. (M. S. SONAK, J.) (V. M. KANADE, J.) chandka
