The above Civil Application has been filed principally for the relief that the Respondent/husband be directed to sign the application form for the School Leaving Certificate to be obtained in respect of the son Jainiel Shah so as to facilitate his admission in Children's Academy, Kandivali. On the last occasion i.e. on 12.07.2017, the Learned Counsel for the Respondent has stated that the application for School Leaving Certificate has been signed by the Respondent/husband. The said fact has been recorded in the order dated 12.07.2017. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Application. The same is accordingly disposed of. We hope and trust that both the Applicant and BGP.
