Contempt is alleged in these Petitions of the orders passed by this Court directing the Respondent-University and the College to issue necessary certificates to the Petitioners. Statement of the Respondents were recorded in these Contempt Petitions, laying down the modalities for issuance of the certificates, since certain clerical compliance had to be completed before issuance of the certificate.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that compliance have been done and certificates have now been issued.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the situation that is prevalent since last one year and that certificates have now been issued, although belatedly, we are not inclined to proceed further in our contempt jurisdiction. 5.
