This is an Application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the Applicant while granting bail to the Applicant vide Order dated 15.07.2014.

This condition pertains to the attendance in the office of Crime Branch, Unit -1, Thane once in a week. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed and after framing the charge, the case is listed before the Trial Court for recording evidence. S.S.Kilaje page 1 of 2

Learned APP submitted that considering the stage of the trial, Court may pass appropriate order.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this condition is not relevant in the context of filing of the charge-sheet. The accused is regularly attending the Court where the case is pending.

In view of the above, I pass following Order : (i) Interim Application is allowed.

(ii) Condition imposed vide order dated 15th July, 2014 is relaxed.
