By this Civil Application, the Applicant Corporation is seeking condonation of delay in filing the private paper book as per order dated 11.04.2012. He submits that there is delay on their part to file the same. The learned senior counsel submits that the Applicant undertakes to file private paper book on or before 07.09.2019. The statement is accepted.

5.3362.17-caf.odt Considering the fact that there is huge delay in filing the private paper book, the Applicant has to deposit cost of Rs.1000/- in the Registry of this court to be paid to the Respondent on or before 31.08.2019.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Delay in filing the paper book is condoned.

b.

The Applicant to file private paper book on or before 07.09.2019 with copy to other side, in the Registry of this court.

c.

The Applicant shall deposit cost of Rs.1000/- in the Registry of this court to be paid to the Respondent on or before 31.08.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
