The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application for bail, which was fled on medical ground. Leave granted. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the report of Medical Ofcer of the Central Prison Nasik, the Superintendent of Central Prison, Nasik may be directed to admit the applicant in Civil Hospital Nasik.

The Sessions Court by order dated 24 March 2023 in Cri. Misc (Bail) Application No. 61 of 2023 has already directed the Superintendent, Central Prison, Nashik-Road to provide necessary medical treatment to the applicant through Civil Hospital, Nashik, if required. Thus, no further order is required to be passed. 4.
The Application is disposed of.
