This application seeks recall of an order of dismissal for non prosecution passed on 6th January, 2016. The order was passed on the footing that the petitioner's Advocate had no instructions to proceed with the matter. A new Advocate has now proposed to come on record for the petitioner.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the order of dismissal dated 6th January, 2016 is recalled and set aside and the petition is restored to file, to appear on board for hearing in the first week of June, 2016 after re-opening.
