The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 to forthwith execute the arrest warrant issued against one Prakash Kakubhai Rangwala by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 49th Court at Vikhroli, Mumbai. The petitioner is neither the first informant nor the affected party and, therefore, he has no locus to seek such directions. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
