1] This is an application for transit pre-arrest bail. 2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in pursuance of non-bailable warrant dated 9.3.2017 issued in Complaint No.472 of 2016 filed before the 31st Judicial Magistrate Ludhiana, State of Punjab.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be granted three weeks time from today to enable her to approach the appropriate Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Punjab for cancellation of non-bailable warrant and to adopt appropriate legal remedies. 4] In view thereof, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks from today, with a view to enable her to approach the concerned Court in the Sate of Punjab.

Dond 2/2 aba.600-2017.sxw Hence, the following Order:

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in in pursuance of nonbailable warrant dated 9.3.2017 issued in Complaint No.472 of 2016 filed before the 31ar Judicial Magistrate Ludhiana, State of Punjab , either by the police from the State of Punjab or the Maharashtra Police, the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) It is made clear that the period of three weeks will not be further extended.

(iii) The application is granted in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
