Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i.e. to U.S.A from 16th April, 2018 to 26th July, 2018. 3.

Perused the papers. The applicant was granted pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 23 of 2011 registered with the Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged offence punishable under Section 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code vide 1/3

order dated 3rd February, 2014, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1161 of 2013. One of the conditions imposed by this Court whilst granting anticipatory bail to the applicant was, that the applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of this Court. 4.

It appears that the applicant had filed an application being Criminal Application No. 124 of 2015, seeking permission to travel abroad. This Court (Croam : M. L. Tahaliyani, J.) vide order dated 13th February, 2015 was pleased to permit the applicant to travel abroad to visit his daughter, after observing that the applicant was a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Mumbai. Pursuant thereto, the applicant travelled abroad from 19th February, 2015 to 30th April, 2015. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to travel to the USA from 16th April, 2018 to 26th July, 2018. The applicant shall furnish his itinerary to the concerned police station i.e. Economic Offences Wing, including the travel details and the place where he intends to reside and his contact numbers during the said period, before he leaves the country.
