We have heard the learned senior advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner has already approached the National Green Tribunal (NGT) pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in the earlier writ petition.

The relief sought in the present writ petition can also be claimed before the NGT. In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

4.

The learned senior advocate submits that the NGT may be directed to consider the interim prayer of the petitioner in a time bound manner.

We are not aware of the pendency of the matter before the NGT. The petitioner may make a request to the NGT for expeditious hearing of the interim application of the petitioner,

The writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.
