This petition is filed with substantive prayer:- b) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in that nature directing the Respondent No. 1 to 4 to register the FIR against respondent No. 5 & 6 for offence punishable u/s 323, 324, 406, 420, 452, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of I.P.C. as per guidelines issued by the Apex Court in the matter of Lalita Kumari Versus Government of U.P. and Ors [2013 (8) Supreme 1].

Learned APP appearing for State has placed on record a report received from the Ghatkopar Police Station. On the basis of contents of said report, she submits that already the FIR has been registered.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the investigating officer in case of further grievance.
