. This petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to dispose of RTS/R/Pune/55/2016 pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from today.

2. It is noticed that by virtue of order dated 25/4/2016 the effect of the decision rendered by the Additional Collector on 29/9/2015 is stayed.

3. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 25/4/2016 shall remain operative during the pendency and disposal of Revision Proceeding before the Additional Commissioner, Pune. The Additional Commissioner, Pune shall decide the matter within the time stipulated above after extending opportunity of hearing to the parties and in accordance with the provisions of law.

4. Writ petition is disposed of.
