On 25.7.2022 when the matter was called out nobody had appeared for the appellant and, therefore, the Legal Services Authority of this Court was requested to appoint an Advocate from their panel to represent the appellant in this case. Accordingly, appointment was made. 2.

However, when the matter was called out today, Advocate Shri Prakash Vare, who has filed this appeal appeared before this Court and showed willingness to workout the matter. Therefore, the Advocate appointed through the Legal Aid Panel is relieved of her responsibility Deshmane(PS)

210-apeal-562-18.odt from appearing in this appeal for the appellant. However, considering the fact that the process had to be undertaken to appoint an Advocate, cost is imposed. Learned counsel for the appellant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the Legal Services Authority of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Advocate Shri Prakash Vare is permitted to argue this appeal.

The respondent No.2 was represented through another Legal Aid Panel counsel. However, even he is not present in the Court today. The appellant is in custody. Therefore, another Advocate is required to be appointed to represent the respondent No.2 in this case. Advocate Ms. Vilasini Balasubramanian who is present in the Court is appointed to represent the respondent No.2. She is handed over papers by learned counsel for the appellant and she is ready with the matter and, therefore, she is appointed to argue the case on behalf of the respondent No.2. (SARANG V.
