We have perused the minutes of the order. We accept the arrangement as agreed between the parties, so as to dispose of the present proceedings. Minutes of the order are initialed by the Advocate for the petitioner, Advocate for the respondent and by Mr. Nilesh Deshmukh, Assistance Municipal Commissioner for the

Petition stands disposed of in terms of minutes of the order. 4.
We also record the statement of Mr. Godbole that only members of the petitioner, are those whose names appear in Exhibit G (page 118), who are 181 in number. Statement of Mr. Godbole is accepted. The Municipal Corporation is free to take action as may be permissible in law in regard to any unauthorized hoarding, apart from those which are not covered by the present minutes of the order. All contention of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open. 5.
