This application is seeking bail in respect of offences punishable under Sections 363 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered vide C.R.No.123 of 2021. 3.

This Court by an order dated 11th July 2022 has appointed Ms. Falguni Brahmbhatta from the Panel of lawyers of the High Court Legal Aid Services Committee to represent the complainant. None 23rd January 2024
