Admit. By consent taken up for hearing and final disposal forthwith on the basis of the record that is in the compilation accompanying the First Appeal.

This appeal is by the husband of the Claimant (1st Respondent in Appeal) in FA St No 4530 of 2016. He, too, was injured in the same accident. He filed a separate claim. The grounds of appeal are identical.

For the reasons set out in the order disposing of FA St No. 4530 of 2016, this First Appeal is also dismissed with costs. 5.

The Claimant will be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount awarded with accrued interest. The Claimant will also be at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited with the Tribunal with the interest, if any, accrued thereon.

Civil Application No. 1106 of 2017 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
