The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the question involved in the Petition is covered by the order dated 21st September, 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Ors. v/s. The State of Maharashtra passed in Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013. He submits that the Petition may be disposed of by directing the Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-21-wp-4319-2017.doc appropriate authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' claim. He submitted that the Petitioners shall submit the representation before the Competent Authority within three weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to submit the representation before the Competent Authority within three weeks. On receipt of the same, the Competent Authority shall examine it and in case, the Petitioners' case is based on the decision of the Division Bench in case of Kiran Shinde (supra), appropriate decision and consequential relief may be granted in their favour within four months from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.
