1] This is second application for bail. The earlier application preferred by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by an Order dated 22nd February 2018.

2] By the said Order, the applicant was granted liberty to approach the Trial Court by way of filing fresh application for bail. However, without doing so, the applicant has approached this Court directly.

3] I find no merits in the application.

Application is accordingly rejected.
