The earlier application preferred by the applicant i.e. Bail Application No.2388 of 2015 was allowed to be withdrawn and liberty was granted to the applicant to apply afresh if the trial does not commence within a period of one year from the date of the order. The time limit, as stipulated in the said order is not yet over and the applicant is at liberty to prefer an application in the event the trial does not commence within a period of one year from the date of passing of the aforesaid order. The application is, therefore, disposed of with liberty as enumerated in the order dated 5th December, 2016.
