The application has been disposed of by order dated 4th July 2016. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that as there is an error in the year of case in the prayer clause (b). Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to amend the same.

Accordingly, we permit the applicant to amend the prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

In the operative part of the order dated 4th July 2016 in paragraph 4, the

apl378 case number 4086/PS/2014 shall be corrected as 4086/PS/2015. Correction shall be carried out to the original order as well as the order uploaded on server.
