We have heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The issue involved in the present Petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court. The Petitioners were not on 100 per cent grant of posts on or before 1 November 2005. The said judgment is still in force.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the said judgment of the Full Bench is pending consideration before the Apex 1/2

At present the Full Bench Judgment of this Court is in operation. Liberty to the Petitioners to file the Petition afresh, if the Apex Court reverses the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court.
