The order dated 6-2-2014 passed by the Trial Court rejecting the application for framing of additional issues is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The Trial Court whilst rejecting the application has observed that the proposed issues are already covered by the issues which are framed. Having regard to the said observations, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
