This criminal application is registered on basis of communication sent by the applicant/accused through jail praying for appointment of an advocate at the cost of the State for representing him as well as for grant of bail or for deciding the appeal finally.

Vide order dated 10th April 2018 this court has already appointed Shri Ganesh Bhujbal, the learned advocate on the panel of High Court Legal Aid, to represent the applicant/accused for both applicants/accused. Similarly, vide order dated 15th March 2018, this court has already directed listing of both these appeals on the board of final hearing of this court.

Therefore, the appeals be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 23rd April 2018.
