As per the order passed by this Court on 8th August 2002, ad-interim stay was granted to the execution of the impugned Award, subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount with costs and interest in this Court. 3.
The office note shows that no such amount is deposited in this Court. However, learned AGP submits that, as per his instructions, the amount is deposited in the Trial Court on 30th October 2003. In this regard, 1/2 CAF-2853-02==.doc
A.G.P. undertakes to produce copy of the challan to show that the amount is deposited in the Trial Court.

In view thereof, the earlier order of ad-interim stay granted to the execution of the impugned Award is continued till final disposal of the First Appeal.
